About Optimal Care
Dedicated to lasting rehabilitation and individualized care since 2004

Built for the Long Game
Optimal Care Physical Therapy was founded in April 2004 by Dr. Tricia Rosario with a clear mission: to provide the highest level of individualized physical therapy care in a setting where every patient feels respected, heard, and genuinely cared for.
We are not a volume practice. We do not rush sessions. Every clinician here is focused on understanding your specific condition, your goals, and the demands of your lifestyle -- then building a treatment plan that meets all three.
As a member of the Hospital for Special Surgery Rehab Network, we operate under the same standards of excellence that define one of the world's top orthopedic institutions.
What is Hospital for Special Surgery Rehab Network?
Optimal Care PT is a proud member of the Hospital for Special Surgery Rehab Network. HSS is consistently ranked the number one hospital for orthopedics in the United States. Affiliation with the HSS Rehab Network signals a commitment to clinical standards and outcomes that places us among the most trusted rehabilitation providers in the region.
Every patient who comes through our door deserves a treatment plan that is built specifically for them - not adapted from a generic protocol. The goal of physical therapy is not simply to reduce pain in the clinic. It is to restore your ability to live the life you want to live, at the level you want to live it. That is what we work toward, every session, with every patient.
