When I injured my shoulder I scheduled an appointment. Her office far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this practice to my patients and anyone who needs PT.
I highly recommend Optimal Care Physical Therapy! After my carpal tunnel surgery, Tricia, the owner, provided exceptional care that made all the difference. Her personalized attention to detail ensured my recovery plan was tailored perfectly to my needs, accelerating my healing process. I can’t say enough great things about Tricia and the team at Optimal Care Physical Therapy. She uses ART therapy to release muscles, improve movement, and help reset my alignment, and the results have been remarkable. For the first time in a very long time, I feel like I’m actually moving in the right direction and seeing real, lasting improvement.
